فيروسيكس هو محلول حقن بيطري يحتوي على مادة الفوروسيميد (Furosemide) بتركيز 50 مجم/مل.
يُستخدم كمُدر للبول قوي وسريع المفعول لعلاج احتباس السوائل (الوذمة) والتورمات المرتبطة بقصور القلب، الكبد، أو الكلى.
آلية العمل: يُحفز الكلى لزيادة إفراز البول والتخلص السريع من الماء والأملاح الزائدة (مثل الصوديوم) من الجسم.
